Natural Sunscreen Lip Balm: Eco-Friendly, Hand Made

Natural, eco-friendly SPF 30 lip balm. Recipe developed, handmade and poured by Josuna. Lip balm tube made of recycled materials.

Ingredients:
• Coconut oil ~ the lauric acid in coconut oil has nourishing properties that seep into your skin. Absorbs quickly, providing moisture to heal dry, chapped lips.
• Olive oil ~ an excellent moisturizer and is a popular ingredient in many skin conditioning products. Olive oil will keep your lips soft and supple.
• Cocoa butter ~ an emollient that is a great source of natural antioxidants. It adds a protective hydrating layer to lips, helping protect them from extreme temperatures and indoor heat that can leave your lips dried out.
• Beeswax ~ has lubricating, softening activities and reduces trans-epidermal water loss from skin. Beeswax is also an occlusive, meaning it forms a moisturizing, protective layer on the surface of the lips.
• Red raspberry seed oil ~ forms an occlusive barrier to prevent moisture loss and protect skin from damaging elements. Provides UVA protection, holds an SPF value of 50.
• Vitamin E oil ~ moisturizes, soothes irritation, protects from sun damage, and even has subtle plumping properties. Also provides preservation for longer-lasting, fresh lip balm.

Lavender scent:
• Lavender oil ~ DETOXIFYING: with its anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antimicrobial and detoxifying benefits, SOOTHING & HEALING: it can help reduce redness, soothe and calm the skin and rapidly heal minor cracks in the lips.

Peppermint scent:
• Peppermint oil ~ HEALING: helps heal cracked lips, and this is the reason why this oil is an active ingredient in chapsticks and lip glosses. SOOTHING: the menthol in the oil provides a soothing, cooling, and refreshing effect especially on wind-chapped or sun-burnt lips. LIP PLUMPING: will increase blood circulation in your lips, making them appear plumper and fuller.
