Please be sure to review our policies thoroughly. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from Hokua Swim constitutes your agreement with said policies.

Hokua Swim ships through USPS to the United States. We charge a flat rate of $7 for standard USPS Shipping. If you live somewhere other than the United States, contact us for shipping rates. Hokua Swim is also not responsible for lost or damaged packages while shipping. We highly suggest contacting USPS if that is the case.


If you would like to initiate an exchange or a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your product.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We are not always accepting exchanges or returns. If you are would like to know if we are currently accepting exchanges or returns, please make sure to contact us prior to your order.
  • Discounted/sale items are FINAL SALE
  • We highly recommend checking the sizing chart to get accurate sizing before your purchase. However, keep in mind this is only a guideline.

We accept online credit or debit card payments through PayPal as the payment processor, and all you need is your card info. You do not need a PayPal account. However, there is a small fee if you use this payment method. If you would like to avoid this fee, we accept payments through PayPal (if you select the friends/family option), Venmo, Apple Pay, and Cash App. If you select this option, you must follow the instructions on the order confirmation page.
